Quilt Designer News

Quilt Designing News is brought to you by Tammy Harrison, a small-time quilt designer, who wanted to learn more about what designers are designing and offering.

Tammy has a degree from Mizzou (University of Missouri-Columbia) from the HES department in Personal Financial Management and Consumer Economics.  She is married to her PhD husband, Dr. Harrison, and they have four children who enjoy the quilts and quilted projects that bless their home.

When she was still in her teens, Tammy read the saying, “When you sleep under a quilt, you sleep under a blanket of love.”  That was all it took, she *knew* she had to learn how to make quilts and share the quilted love with children (mostly) and loved ones!

Tammy quilts, she designs quilts…she sleeps with quilts and is passionate about her love of quilts.  Tammy’s family endures her obsession, as only a loving family can.
